• 1958 - Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjne Przemysłu Cementowego (Cement Industry Transport and Forwarding Company) established in Warsaw
• 1992 - the company was transformed into a sole shareholder company of the State Treasury under the name Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjne CEMET S.A. (Transport and Forwarding Company CEMET S.A.) with its corporate seat in Warsaw
• 1995 - company’s stock transferred to 11 National Investment Fund
• 1999 - 60% of company’s stock sold to foreign investors
• 2001 - privatization process completion and changing the name to CEMET Spółka Akcyjna
• 2002 - ceasing trading activity connected to the sale of cement and lime from own handling stations and the implementation of new action strategy, assuming specialization in the provision of logistics services and the organization of loose materials railway transport for cement and lime industries. Starting activities in the scope of sidings management.
